Your order will be shipped via DHL Express, DHL Global Mail, DPD or British Royal Mail depending on the country of delivery. If you prefer Express or tracked delivery, please choose the right delivery option at the checkout.
We usually ship in-stock orders within the next 24 hours, Monday through Friday, not including holidays. In some instances, such as when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via email of other options prior to shipment of your order. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you have chosen the tracked delivery option, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can follow your order using your tracking number on your chosen shipping carrier website:

RETURNS
We want you to feel confident shopping with Amber Deal.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be returned in the same quantity and lot configuration as originally purchased
For example, a 10-piece lot must be returned as a complete 10-piece lot.
Partial returns of bundled or lot products are not accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please complete our Return Request Form.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
You will need:
- Your order number
- The SKU(s) and quantity being returned
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Custom or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
