Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

What is your returns and refund policy?
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, including all original packaging.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Since we are a wholesale company our minimum order quantity is 1 lot (10pcs) per item.

What is Baltic Amber?
Baltic amber is fossilized pine tree resin renowned for its natural therapeutic properties, including stress reduction, pain relief for teething, arthritis, muscle and joint discomfort, and headaches. As a fossilized resin rather than a stone, amber naturally warms against the skin, releasing beneficial compounds once heated by body temperature.
The unique properties of Baltic amber have been valued for thousands of years. Amber jewelry is believed to support various bodily functions, protect against negative energy, and strengthen the immune system. Due to its effectiveness as a natural remedy, amber products have gained widespread popularity across Europe, Australia, Japan, China, and the Americas.
When worn against the skin, Baltic amber releases natural oils known to promote relaxation and calmness, offering a natural alternative to conventional medications.
What is the difference between Amber and Baltic Amber?
Succinic acid is the active compound found in Baltic amber that provides its therapeutic properties. Baltic amber contains significantly higher concentrations of succinic acid compared to amber species from other regions worldwide. While amber from most other locations typically contains only 2-3% succinic acid, Baltic amber naturally contains between 3-8%, making it considerably more beneficial. Amber Deal uses exclusively genuine Baltic amber in all of our jewelry to ensure maximum quality and efficacy.
Where does your Baltic Amber come from?
The name "Baltic amber" refers to its geographic origin: the region surrounding the Baltic Sea. Amber is the fossilized resin of ancient, extinct trees. Over millions of years, this resin was buried beneath the earth, where immense pressure transformed it into a dense, durable gem. For our production, we use raw Baltic amber sourced directly from mines in Poland and Ukraine. Additionally, our family personally collects amber specimens washed ashore along the Baltic coast following major storms.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured entirely in-house at our workshop on the west coast of Lithuania. By managing every stage of production internally - from shaping, drilling, and polishing to stringing and quality control - we ensure exceptional quality standards and efficient service for our customers.
Can I order customized products?
We offer an extensive selection of jewelry in a wide variety of sizes and colors. Occasionally, we also release exclusive Limited Edition products at special prices. If you are unable to find exactly what you are looking for, please contact us with your requirements, and we will respond at our earliest convenience.
Do you provide certificates of Authenticity?
We provide laboratory test results certifying that our products are crafted from 100% genuine Baltic amber sourced directly from the Baltic region. To ensure consistent quality and authenticity, we annually test our production at four independent gemstone laboratories in Lithuania, Poland, Germany, and the United States. Please feel free to contact us to request the most recent copies of these certificates.
What are the sizes of the beads?
Our classic Baltic amber teething necklaces and bracelets, available for both children and adults, primarily feature 4-6mm beads. Bead sizes for our non-classic, exclusive, or limited edition items may vary by design. Detailed specifications, including bead size, are provided in each product description for your reference.
