What is Baltic Amber?

Baltic amber is a fossilized pine tree resin that has been found to contain natural healing powers, such as reducing stress, releasing negative energy and providing pain relief for teething, arthritis, muscles, joints, headaches and more. Amber is a fossilised resin and not a stone so warms against the skin. The fossilised Baltic Amber releases healing properties once the resin has been warmed by the skin. What is the difference between Amber and Baltic Amber?

Succinic acid is the active ingredient that is found in Baltic amber that provides many healing properties. Baltic amber contains a higher amount of succinic acid than any other species of amber found around the world. Other parts of the world that produce amber typically contain less than 2-3% of succinic acid in the stone. Baltic amber generally has between 3 and 8% of succinic acid, which makes it more beneficial. AmberDeal uses only Baltic Amber in all of its jewelry.

Where does your Baltic Amber come from?

The name “Baltic amber” refers mainly to the region from which this amber is derived: the land around the Baltic Sea. Amber is a fossilized derivative of extinct trees. Over the years the grounded sap was buried under the earth, where pressure was applied to it for millions of years, eventually transforming it into a dense, hard substance. For our production we use raw Baltic amber material sourced from the biggest Baltic amber mines located in Kaliningrad region just 20km from Lithuania. Our family also collects Baltic amber pieces that are thrown on the shores of the Baltic sea after big storms.

Can I order customized products?

We offer jewelry in a wide variety of sizes and colours. From time to time we produce Limited Edition products at special prices. Do you provide Certificates of Authenticity?

We provide the copies of the laboratories tests that certify our products are made of 100% genuine Baltic amber that comes from the Baltics region. Every year we are testing our production at four different gemstones laboratories in Lithuania, Poland, Germany and the United States. You can always contact us and ask for the latest copies of these certificates.

What type of warranty do you offer?

One of the main goals of AmberDeal.com is to sustain long term relationships with our customers. We offer a 60-day warranty. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us. We will either exchange them with other products or send you a refund.

What is the returns and refund policy?

We hope that you will be happy with your products, however, if within 60 days of purchase you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund. Please note that goods should be returned in their perfect, original and unworn condition, including original packaging. It is also possible to return any item for an exchange. Is there a minimum order quantity?

Since we are a wholesale company our minimum order quantity is 5pcs for baby teething and adult necklaces and bracelets.
